• User-provided content: Educational input submitted within the app.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics and performance data.

• Phone numbers: We do not collect users’ phone numbers.
• Precise location data: We do not collect precise location information.

4. AI Processing and Accuracy

Content submitted to APlusAI is processed using artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive to generate high-quality, relevant, and educationally useful content, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended results (commonly referred to as “hallucinations”).

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any educational materials, exams, or content generated by the application before use.

APlusAI does not guarantee the correctness, pedagogical validity, or curriculum alignment of AI-generated content and shall not be held liable for any academic, instructional, or factual errors arising from its use.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

APlusAI may offer digital features, subscriptions, or usage-based credits for purchase through the Google Play Store.

• Billing: All payments are processed securely via the Google Play Billing system.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play Store refund policies and applicable law. APlusAI does not independently process refunds.
• Credits: Digital credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be consumed upon use.

6. Microphone Access

The application may request microphone access for voice-based features. Audio input is processed in real time and is not stored.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

• Firebase Authentication – user authentication
• Firebase Analytics – anonymous usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics – crash and stability monitoring

Analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics is aggregated and anonymized and is used solely to understand app usage patterns and improve functionality. This data is not used for advertising personalization or targeted marketing.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate and improve the service.

9. Children’s Privacy

APlusAI is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.

12. Account Deletion and Data Removal

Users of the APlusAI app may request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the user profile, email address, and usage or activity history generated within the application.

Upon receiving your request and verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize the relevant personal data from our active systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (for example, for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes).

13. Disclaimer of Liability

APlusAI provides AI-generated materials solely for educational support and assistance purposes. We do not guarantee that generated exams, questions, or educational materials comply with specific educational curricula, institutional guidelines, grading standards, or legal requirements.

Use of the application and reliance on AI-generated content is at the user’s own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APlusAI disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of, or reliance on, AI-generated materials.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
